I have never tried baking buttercream wedding cake. Why? You might ask. Well, for one thing it is messy, sticky and well, messy.... and sticky...I guess you must know what I mean now!!
But I did attended a buttercream wedding cake course recently, just to get new input on my baking skills. Well, it turned out allright, love the outcome, great looking and tasty cakes. But it is still.... sticky and messy...

Vanila Chiffon Birthday cake, Chocolate Moist

Salam diam tak diam dah habis syawal, dah nak habis tahun 2009 pun.. hehe. Dah tiba pula musim Haji. Semoga semua yang akan menjadi tetamu Allah dapat selamat pergi dan mendapat Haji Mabrur. Semoga Allah membuka jalan untuk kita segera menyusul menjadi tetamu Allah, insyaallah.

Weekending October 16, 09 back in business..

Entri kali ini tak ada yang istimewa cuma kek vanila dan cheese cake untuk hari jadi anak-anak sahabat for the weekend . Warna tema pink, I decided to go for pastel shades to make it more sweeter, maklumlah anak daras.... Happy birthday Awin, smoga cepat dapat jodoh...

This is a tricky one, this order was : cheese cake with edible image (Mickey). I was not too happy to put butttercream on a classic baked cheese cake..but to put the image i had to, hope it does not effect the taste...

Latest order, hantaran cuppies ( nak sama sebiji macam entri yg dulu) and carrot cheese cake, perut kenyang kut tak boleh pikir nak komen apa sekarang, so, hah.. tengok sendiri lah gambarnye ye!!
