Hantaran cuppies/blueberry cheese gift pack

Order latest ni dari Nana my new 'neighbour' ,100 pc of blueberry cheese tarts pack individual untuk aqiqah anak Nana. Semua last minute.. nasib baik memang ada stok..Nasib baik mama and hubby tolong. Hubby yang sentiasa negatif tu.. baik pulak malam tu tolong seal, tolong pack dalam kotak , infact semua dia buatlah. Mama as usual so supportive.. luv u mom... we finish at 1.30 am. Ni hah berterabur...pack, seal ,campak...pack, seal, campak..nak cepatlah kan.. sebab dah tengah malam ..

Setelah disusun dalam kotak....Thank you again hubby..

Other than aqiqah anak dia, at the same time Nana pun dapat adik ipar(wedding adik dia), so salah satu hantaran ialah Vanilla cupcakes,blueberry fillings dengan topping tema fondant ros pink dan putih. Simple jer..Lepas habis pack cheesetart atas terus deco cuppies with roses ni pulak.Nasib baik 16 jer.. Bunga Merah tu just nak bagi naik seri. Selamat Pengantin Baru.

The order bawah ni pulak was from Kak Zah, Fruit tartlets for kenduri-kendara...the very next day. So 2 harilah tidur lambat.. dah mcam zombie dah. Tengah kepit strawberry letak atas cup tu pun boleh terlelap sekejap. Yang ni hubby tak tolong.. Ada dua lapis lagi kotak penuh bawah pack transparent tu..

Ni gambar semua buah2 sebelum jadi tartlets.. sedap nyer....jomlah makan???

AS AT 1 JUNE 2009, ALL MINI ORDERS OF 6 PERPACK OF TARTLETS (LARGE ORDERS WILL BE SUBJECTED TO TYPES AND SIZES OF BOX) WILL BE IN THESE BOXES(RECYCLABLE) FOR EASY TRANSPORTATION AND TO AVOID DISASTERS..DURING TRANSPORTATION. THERE WILL BE A SURCHARGE OF RM0.50 FOR EACH BOX. Thank you for all your support.

Retirement - Double Choc Ind.

Salam everybody, very busy week I had. What with Teacher's day orders and a colleague's retirement Choc Ind. orders, tartlets orders.... the list goes on..it sure is tiring. These carrot cheese cupcakes are just for u bro. If you're reading, Hzd, next time kiter bake lagi for you. Mama Kak Bie last minute bagi tau..bro nak balik next morning, minta Kak Bie buatkan ape yg ada je, yang senang-senang..sebab dah tengah malam sangat. Rezeki adik ada lagi..dapat lah 12 pieces. 6 pieces for you. Cream Cheese tak cukup nak cover all 12 pieces, jadi ni jelah yang dapat.

Salam, minggu ni agak sibuk...last weekend met a few prospect yang nak order untuk majlis menyambut menantu. Challenging... will update on that project later..

Anyway, nak share tips yang i baca from one of the blogger, ( nak kasi kredit tapi dah lupa blog apa..sorry!!) have a look at the choco balls below.. guess what it's made of..

Well, its made of chocolate fudge cupcake yang melimpah terkeluar2 dari cup, kek yang terkeluar tu dipotong dan lebihannya diolah semula jadilah tara!! choco balls...!!

So to everybody, kalau ada cupcake yang terlebih jangan di buang. ..mix remnants tu dengan cream cheese,some icing sugar(kalau nak manis) and butter. Kepalkan dan golek2kan dalam chocolate rice. kasi bebudak and bapak budak makan.. laris!! Tak pun.. jual kan je...kat kantin ke kengkawan ke..hehe. tp kiter tak sempat bawak gi office children2 kat rumah dah selamatkan..

Yang ini Fruit Tartlets...my all time favourite..perfect for meetings and corporate orders, rasa dijamin sedap...slurp.
