Salam pada semua.

Life in June 2011 were bz as usual. No time to even update this blog. Well, with work in the day and baking at night, children and hubby all demanding for my precious time, I myself wonder how do I cope with this hectic life!! Hehe..

It's already July 2011, how time flies, just got back from BWY and boy!! there were so many makciks, aunties and sisters buying supplies to bake hari raya cookies. Oh oh!! I am so not ready for hari raya, puasa even!! HELP!!

Just 2 share, I went to pavi the other day.. bought 1 lemon tart (small) , 3 chocolate fondants,mango ice cream and custard puff!! yummy!! It cost me RM 3.60 for ONE TART, RM15 ++ for the fondant and another RM10++ for the puffs. Boy... I was taken aback with the bill!! and to think I charge only RM5 for a pack of 6 tarts!! hmm!! I seriously need to revise my price!!!!

The month of March or Cheesecake month. There seem to be a sudden surge of cheesecake orders for the month.

Yg ni pun pavlova.... dengan fresh cream.. crunchy kat luar tp melt in the mouth, tah apa nama jugak lah !! Mak tunjuk jer kat menu.. nk yg ni hahaha...lol.

Selamat Hari Raya 2010

Dikesempatan ini sekali lagi KB mengucapkan Selamat Hari Raya dan Maaf Zahir Batin.. Hari Raya kali ini KB tak membuat apa2 persiapan pun untuk rumah semuanya recycle tahun2 yg lepas. Cuma baju raya anak2 sahaja baru2 belaka...Kali ini KB begitu sibuk menyiapkan order tak sempat nak update blog pun.. nilah baru boleh bernafas.. banyak yg dah deliver baru teringat tak tangkap gambar pun, letih bangat....

Anak-anak happy sangat maklumlah bergaya dengan baju raya....

Kek Kukus buah antara produk terlaris KB.. untuk raya kali ni...sedap, moist dan tahan lama. sesuai untuk dibuat buah tangan ketika bertandang ke rumah saudara mara, mak mertua pasti sayang kalau kita hadiahkan, hehe...

Demam ramadhan kian terasa ... badan pun makin penat. Orders kian meningkat ...takut tak tertunai jer.. not complaining...k..alhamdulillah. I received an order from Abg Jo, for two cakes both nak chocolate cake. Wanted to buy Secret Recipe, was recommended to me instead. I am so flattered. ..blush, blush. Anyway, so just so the whole family would have a chance to taste different kind of chocolate cake i decided to make chocolate indulgence n chocolate moist. Since dah lama tak buat choc ind., (bahyah i still owe u one choc indulgence cake class. tah bila nak fulfill...)seram jer nak buat, takut the meltdown occur again.

Dengan lafaz bismillah, KB pun memulakan operasi mem'bake' kekAbg Jo...choc moist ok done. Choc Indulgence.. settle.. Delivery..time 12.30 pm fuhh seram nyer..so delivered check , ok tak terbalik... ada sikit senget though...hopefully, the cake is good sampai rumah customer. Anyway, thank you...for your support...Abg Jo...

Well ,this cake is a gift to Abg Nazri and Kak Glee (oops! kantoi anak suke tgk glee...) Kak Gee...who is going to retire.. intially wanted to bake Choc Vanilla sponge cake...paling senang...tengah berehat kat rumah suddenly Puan Noor Supiah call wanted to order for the same occasion Carrot Cheese. So ok done, takyah lah bayar Puan Noor, tokey sponsor hehe, memang dah niat....

So , this week us Muslims are going to start fasting...well actually knowing us Malaysians, akan bermulalah pesta.. pesta makanan, bazar Ramadhan dan buffet di hotel2. APa pun memang makan tu paling best kalau tidak takkan KB ada blog kategori food hehe..Apapun jangan lupa luangkan masa untuk bersama famili. For me, I am really looking forward to the month where me and family actually sit together to eat,TOGETHER at both meals, sahur n breaking fast. The rest of the year, the children prefers to eat in front of the TV, Dad eats on time at the dining table while mom is always baking...sometimes even forget to eat...
