2010 the year that was.....

Dah dekat hujung tahun 2010, dan minggu depan kita akan menyambut awal muharram mulalah nostalgia, teirngat tahun 2010 ni terasa begitu cepat berlalu. mcm2 happening, yg baik akan selalu dikenang.

24 November 2010: Dinner at Sheraton Imperial....sempena bersara Datuk Kamaruddin our Adviser/Managing Director.

Kenangan juga sb last dinner dgn adik nana, yg dah dapat keje kat better place although sedih, all my best wishes for her. Semoga dia berjaya ditempat baru..Kenangan gediks bersama especially masa lunch tak mungkin dpt dilupakan.

Ni pun best fwen gak.. dah pencen pun kak ana. sentiasa understanding. kagum dgn sikap sabar dan pemurah dia, kalau ada orang yang lebih berkeperluan walaupun dalam beg ada rm10 jer, rm 10 tu tetap akan diberikan pada orang berkenaan..ayat fames dia 'TAK PE..ALLAH AKAN PUSINGKAN REZEKI AKU, JA..' dan dengan kuasa Allah juga rezeki dia sentiasa murah...

Hah ni masa untuk melaram, mcm komen dalam fb, sharifah aini, poziah latif gn ifa raziah ..hehehe
Nilah rakan sekerja sekarang yg gantikan Abang Husaini....belum keluar gedik dan taring lagi ... maklumlah baru hehehe...

Dan 27 NOvember 2010 bake wedding cake. KEadaan kek ketika telah 'di kekahkan ...'

Lama sangat tak update blog.. bz keeping up with orders. Listed below are some pics of orders from the month of February till early March 2010.

Hantaran cuppies . Theme Turqoise.. Lazy as I am.. I search all over KL and PJ for store bought roses, turqoise colour. Sebab malas nak buat sendiri gumpaste and so on. Tak de...so terpaksa lah jugak buat bunga. Tak berapa nampak pro kan, tapi suka the colour and arragements. Ordered by Lia, thanx dear hope ok dan menepati citarasa.

Beberapa hari ni alhamdulillah dapat berehat. No taking orders sebab macam letih sangat. Syoknyer dapat tidur awal.. lepak tgk tv, (boring pulak astro pun dh macam tak ada show yg menarik minatku..) Favourite show sugar pun tak jumpa ..children pulak tengah musim exam.

Anyway, dalam berehat ni, of course tak tolak semua order. Still cannot refuse regular customers ( almaklum yang anytime nak bersalin, Hazana, sorry no gambar). Dan gambar ini order from Kak Enon, Chocolate Moist. Nothing special, buat deco pun tak fully to my satisfaction, tapi rasa dia guarantee nak lagi, hehe...

Salam Eid Mubarak kepada semua,

Lama jugak tak update sibuk bekejar masa untuk bulan puasa ni. Di bulan yang mulia ini, KB tidak bercadang untuk aktif mengambil orders, almaklumlah bulan puasa nak mempertingkatkan amalan, kononnya. Ehem, ehem...Namun dalam tak nak pun ada juga regular customers yang mintak birthday cakes so ni lah entry terkini, American Chocolate Cake dan Chocolate Moist Cake. First try piping those chocolate roses. Alhamdulillah, semakin banyak orders semakin ada peluang untuk improve skil.

I have been dying to make a buttercream cake. So I was thrilled to receive a birthday cake order for the above. I still need to practice on my roses though...!!

Khairil is 8

27 Jun 09-my babyboy is now 8. He is still my baby boy..no matter how old he is..

I guess all mom would think their children are special. Lia and Khairil are special in their own rights. Khairil to his mom is so special, so far he's obedient, shy and sometimes through his inquisitive nature and questions taught his mom a lot of new things.Simple things in life which sometimes mom's tend to overlook. For his birthday, he didn't want any party..he just wanted a birthday cake, 'chocolate cake,topping dia chocolate, ada strawberry, ada blueberry jam' AND to watch Transformers 2 at the movies. So specific!!

Salam, first time try muffin mix. chocolate muffin mix..A favour to dear pah. Cuma add telur, water and oil. nak sedap lagi kiter tambah choc chip,rice and ganache topping.

All this while i bake muffin the traditional way, guna tepung and follow recipe. Senang giler rupanyer muffin mix ni..x thrill lah pulak!!
