The usual cakes-choc indulgence,carrot n choc moist

Demam ramadhan kian terasa ... badan pun makin penat. Orders kian meningkat ...takut tak tertunai jer.. not complaining...k..alhamdulillah. I received an order from Abg Jo, for two cakes both nak chocolate cake. Wanted to buy Secret Recipe, was recommended to me instead. I am so flattered. ..blush, blush. Anyway, so just so the whole family would have a chance to taste different kind of chocolate cake i decided to make chocolate indulgence n chocolate moist. Since dah lama tak buat choc ind., (bahyah i still owe u one choc indulgence cake class. tah bila nak fulfill...)seram jer nak buat, takut the meltdown occur again.

Dengan lafaz bismillah, KB pun memulakan operasi mem'bake' kekAbg Jo...choc moist ok done. Choc Indulgence.. settle.. Delivery..time 12.30 pm fuhh seram nyer..so delivered check , ok tak terbalik... ada sikit senget though...hopefully, the cake is good sampai rumah customer. Anyway, thank you...for your support...Abg Jo...

Well ,this cake is a gift to Abg Nazri and Kak Glee (oops! kantoi anak suke tgk glee...) Kak Gee...who is going to retire.. intially wanted to bake Choc Vanilla sponge cake...paling senang...tengah berehat kat rumah suddenly Puan Noor Supiah call wanted to order for the same occasion Carrot Cheese. So ok done, takyah lah bayar Puan Noor, tokey sponsor hehe, memang dah niat....

So , this week us Muslims are going to start fasting...well actually knowing us Malaysians, akan bermulalah pesta.. pesta makanan, bazar Ramadhan dan buffet di hotel2. APa pun memang makan tu paling best kalau tidak takkan KB ada blog kategori food hehe..Apapun jangan lupa luangkan masa untuk bersama famili. For me, I am really looking forward to the month where me and family actually sit together to eat,TOGETHER at both meals, sahur n breaking fast. The rest of the year, the children prefers to eat in front of the TV, Dad eats on time at the dining table while mom is always baking...sometimes even forget to eat...

I managed to attend a course on making chocolate praline on early February ...these are some of the pics. Oooh...heaven!! Buat sendiri chocolate and dapat makan all sorts of chocolate..There is so much to learn...

First cuppies class

Last 9 Aug 2009, i conducted my first cuppies deco class...although at first I said I tak buat class belum confident lagi tapi demi permintaan kawan2. Class starts at 10 and ends at 5.30 pm. Tapi i enjoyed very much though ada jugak downs dia..initially it was only cuppies deco class-hands on tapi last minit permintaan untuk tambah choc cake. i suggested choc ind. sebab yang itu yang popular, rupanyer kepala student, (kira ketua rombongan cik kiahlah, sorry Zana) mintak royal cake..semua dapat 1 cake and 16 cuppies.

Charge : intro ala kadar ..untuk cover cost jer and for my experience mengajar.Mana nak dapat se cheap itu kan......

Tapi memandangkan ada student yg tak dapat cake yang satisfactory, sifu dah tambah extra satu choc kek specially delivered...To all my 'students' tq for ur support, mak pun baru nak belajar nak jadi cikgu... so hope u all forgive the mishap.. kekurangan yang insyallah i akan perbaiki. I wanted to give the best but with the time constraint and kuasa yang hanya Allah saja yang mengetahui i mohon ampun dan maaf. Tapi kek yang mak buat memang sedap kan? student semua...wa ka ka ka......sorrylah naik lif sekejap...!!

Salam everybody, very busy week I had. What with Teacher's day orders and a colleague's retirement Choc Ind. orders, tartlets orders.... the list goes on..it sure is tiring. These carrot cheese cupcakes are just for u bro. If you're reading, Hzd, next time kiter bake lagi for you. Mama Kak Bie last minute bagi tau..bro nak balik next morning, minta Kak Bie buatkan ape yg ada je, yang senang-senang..sebab dah tengah malam sangat. Rezeki adik ada lagi..dapat lah 12 pieces. 6 pieces for you. Cream Cheese tak cukup nak cover all 12 pieces, jadi ni jelah yang dapat.

Mother's Day orders

Chocolate indulgence yet again...

It is just sooo *#@$ hot !!!! And it proves another challenge cooking up another order of Chocolate Indulgence in this hot weather..the greatest challenge ever! Overcoming the Meltdown...Any how, with some experience manage to overcome it..yet again!!Phew!!

Thanx Nurul for the order. I welcome every comment for I know there are room for improvement (especially the handwriting)...straight from the heart of another baker..!!

This weekend saw me very busy with the upcoming Mothers day celebration orders. The above Carrot Cheese cupcake and Supermini Double Choc Fudge with Ganache and tiny gumpaste flowers was ordered for the occasion. Thanx YM Tengku Sulong Puteri,though it was a last minute order, I manage to cope. It's a good thing I always stock up for such last minute, emergency kind of orders, hah,hah..Delivered on time at 9.30 am. There were some extras which was taken up by my most loyal customer Mom....! Finished decorating and delivered by 2.00 pm. Yawn!!!Gonna take a rest and get some sleep now..besides its is our day off, all mothers. Again to all you mothers out there..Happy Mother's Day!!

Chocolate Indulgence lagi...

Last weekend, a colleague of mine (TQ Sharey Kathy) ordered for her anniversary, and kena deliver kat dia di Segambut. Deco simple2 je sebab choc ind ni tau jelah dia soft and gooeey...tak boleh nak lebey2 deco. Akak punyalah fobia nak deliver choc indulgence ni dek kerana peristiwa 'melt and slide show' sebelum ni. So punyalah berhati2 buat, so decided to freeze the cake sekejap supaya peristiwa tu tak berulang lagi. Okay, alhamdulillah selamat dah. Rasa tak percaya pulak...

Memang ya, jeng, jeng, jeng... Silap!!.. it's their 6 th anniversary!!...SORRRRY dear..

Seperti biasa i bake extra untuk makan2 anak2, bawak 2 piece to the office . Nah !!... saja nak tempt semua chocolate lovers out there...

My youngest, Khairil teringin nak makan choc indulgence, dah seminggu dia mintak tapi mummy dia asyik sibuk buat kek orang je tak sempat nak buatkan dia, sampai merajuk dia. So, weekend ni I pun buatkan dia kek kegemaran dia tu.. did not deco at all, he just love the taste saja...Suka dia, berapa kali serving dia tambah. Yang lain pun tumpang sekaki, makan..Eldest doter Kamalia pun suka giler.. Mummy dia pun suka sebab kek laris..So everybody jemput makan.. oops, dah tinggal papan jer..
