Life in June 2011 were bz as usual. No time to even update this blog. Well, with work in the day and baking at night, children and hubby all demanding for my precious time, I myself wonder how do I cope with this hectic life!! Hehe..

It's already July 2011, how time flies, just got back from BWY and boy!! there were so many makciks, aunties and sisters buying supplies to bake hari raya cookies. Oh oh!! I am so not ready for hari raya, puasa even!! HELP!!

Just 2 share, I went to pavi the other day.. bought 1 lemon tart (small) , 3 chocolate fondants,mango ice cream and custard puff!! yummy!! It cost me RM 3.60 for ONE TART, RM15 ++ for the fondant and another RM10++ for the puffs. Boy... I was taken aback with the bill!! and to think I charge only RM5 for a pack of 6 tarts!! hmm!! I seriously need to revise my price!!!!

Yang ni order dari LHDN untuk morning gathering, 60 pcs individual pack. (Dalam gambar ni, baru siap 20 , multi colour cuppies, sja kasi variety) tak sempat nak tgkap gambar...nk kejar dateline.. ...tp tak puas hati sb bajet ciput kena buat simple2. Deco tak boleh nk lebey2..k. Cuppies with blueberry filling and cheese topping. Fuh!! terliok mak...

Hantaran cuppies . Theme Turqoise.. Lazy as I am.. I search all over KL and PJ for store bought roses, turqoise colour. Sebab malas nak buat sendiri gumpaste and so on. Tak de...so terpaksa lah jugak buat bunga. Tak berapa nampak pro kan, tapi suka the colour and arragements. Ordered by Lia, thanx dear hope ok dan menepati citarasa.

September - Hari Raya 09

Salam Aidil fitri pada semua pelanggan dan pengunjung blog. Sebulan berpuasa, musim open house pun bermula. Tak lupa juga musim kenduri kahwin. KB pada tahun ni tak dapat beraya sakan, asyik dok rumah menghabiskan tempahan yang tak putus. Alhamdulillah berkat doa semua kenalan, pelanggan dan restu hubby. Untuk pengunjung blog, entry terkini untuk sajian mata anda semua. Enjoy..

Wedding cake, asyik dapat order yang seperti dalam blog jer, adaw jugak wedding yang same design yang tak di uploadkan takut orang boring... ingat nak expand kreativiti, so tambahlah sikit riben sana sini...hu hu hu.

Hantaran cuppies, theme kuning diraja..tapi bila upload tak sekuning yang actual. Huh?

Miniature cakes, Fuh ini betul challenge.. with such a close dateline with the 2 tier wedding cake,3 hari stretch dan tak tidur malam 2 hari berturut2 ...nak siapkan 90 set only.. sakit belakang mak..Pada yang berkenaan , patik mohon ampun dan maaf diatas imperfections dan flaws yang tidak disengajakan dalam mengejar dateline. Tapi itu bukan excuse, i will definitely will take into account all the comments for the best... insyaallah.. nak bagi the best tu all my customer

Hantaran cuppies/blueberry cheese gift pack

Order latest ni dari Nana my new 'neighbour' ,100 pc of blueberry cheese tarts pack individual untuk aqiqah anak Nana. Semua last minute.. nasib baik memang ada stok..Nasib baik mama and hubby tolong. Hubby yang sentiasa negatif tu.. baik pulak malam tu tolong seal, tolong pack dalam kotak , infact semua dia buatlah. Mama as usual so supportive.. luv u mom... we finish at 1.30 am. Ni hah berterabur...pack, seal ,campak...pack, seal, campak..nak cepatlah kan.. sebab dah tengah malam ..

Setelah disusun dalam kotak....Thank you again hubby..

Other than aqiqah anak dia, at the same time Nana pun dapat adik ipar(wedding adik dia), so salah satu hantaran ialah Vanilla cupcakes,blueberry fillings dengan topping tema fondant ros pink dan putih. Simple jer..Lepas habis pack cheesetart atas terus deco cuppies with roses ni pulak.Nasib baik 16 jer.. Bunga Merah tu just nak bagi naik seri. Selamat Pengantin Baru.

The order bawah ni pulak was from Kak Zah, Fruit tartlets for kenduri-kendara...the very next day. So 2 harilah tidur lambat.. dah mcam zombie dah. Tengah kepit strawberry letak atas cup tu pun boleh terlelap sekejap. Yang ni hubby tak tolong.. Ada dua lapis lagi kotak penuh bawah pack transparent tu..

Ni gambar semua buah2 sebelum jadi tartlets.. sedap nyer....jomlah makan???
